Off duty, Madisyn is a wife, mother of two, and all about family. She loves all things florals, cooking, the shore, and sunshine.
Madisyn, founded Kutcher Events in 2019 is a passionate and dedicated professional who has seamlessly transformed her love for weddings and design into a thriving career. With a keen eye for detail and a heart full of creativity, Madisyn has spent years honing her craft, with a great balance of professionalism and relatability.
Madisyn Smith
Her journey began with an apprenticeship under great event planners, where she absorbed invaluable lessons in aesthetic balance, project management, and so much more. As Creative Director, Madisyn is the driving force behind Kutcher Events and oversees all areas of the business.
Driven by a deep desire to serve her clients, Madisyn places their happiness and vision at the forefront of every decision. Her approach is distinctly collaborative, working closely with couples to ensure their personalities and stories are embedded in every element of their wedding day. This client-centric philosophy has earned her a reputation for not only creating visually stunning events but also meaningful experiences that resonate deeply with each couple.

Kutcher means home and family.
I want them to feel like I’m (we’re) all in; they are trusting me (us) to guide them in a season of life that comes for most with their first huge financial responsibility. It’s important that I’m (we're) providing them with a space to feel all the wild feelings that come along with planning a wedding. I want to set my (really, my entire team) clients up for success from the start, as they establish their roots together as a couple and one day as a family. Beyond the clients, I want that for each person on my team. I have so much gratitude for all of them, and I hope that as Kutcher Events evolves, I can nurture the relationships I have with each of them both professionally and personally, and they become true extensions of family.

At its core, Kutcher Events is rooted in family, which is who I am and what makes this brand stand out. My family is everything to me; they provide me with a space where I can be open, honest, and fully trusting, which is precisely how I want clients to feel when working with my team. I know I’m not saving lives or anything, and at times, the passion I have for this sounds silly, but I’m the type of person who feels everything deeply. When I’m all in, I’m all in. I want my clients to feel like they are an extension of my family and my team's family.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts and shows, hosting dinner parties, and binge-watching her favorite TV shows. She’s excited to continue contributing to our team’s success and looks forward to what’s ahead!
Jordan joined the Kutcher team in May 2023. Since then, she has been dedicated to bringing creativity and efficiency to our team through her role as an Assistant Planner. Based in the New York area, Jordan is passionate about building genuine connections both in and out of the workplace. She finds joy in the little details and loves seeing ideas come to life.
Carly wible
Principal Planner
In Carly's free time, you will most likely find her on the beach with her husband, Vince, teaching dance at the studio she grew up at, or spending time her family and friends at home.
Carly began in the event industry in 2018 where she worked at an events venue right out of college. Not knowing what she wanted to do, she grew to love the industry and became a certified wedding planner. She began her journey at Kutcher Events in 2020 as an assistant to Madisyn. She was able to learn more about the industry and find her love for wedding planning in a new way!
Julie Ettore
Assistant Planner
Outside of Kutcher Events, Julie also assists with events at HEROIC Public Speaking in Lambertville, NJ. She has a lifelong passion for astrology and is currently working toward her certification. In her free time, She enjoys going to concerts, performing, watching movies, and spending time with her friends and family.
Julie joined Kutcher Events in early 2025 and quickly discovered her love for the wedding industry. She is a hardworking, collaborative team player who feels truly grateful to be part of such a supportive team. Julie looks forward to helping create a magical and unforgettable experience for every couple she works with
Alex Parado
Assistant Planner
Outside of weddings, Alex plans special events at Princeton University. In her free time, she enjoys portrait photography, getting lost in a good book, and spending cozy days at home with her cats.
Alex has been planning events professionally since 2021 and brought her expertise to Kutcher Events in 2024. Inspired by her own experience as a bride, she gained a deep appreciation for the time, creativity, and care that go into creating an unforgettable wedding day. With her “get it done” mindset, Alex delivers efficiency, organization, and a true passion for celebrating life’s most meaningful moments.
